thats 4500 calories. if your worried about fat go with more carbs and protein with less fat.1 year out!

eat mostly clean complex carbs, protein and some fats at every meal.
my own current bulking experience would tell me to tell you to eat until youre full at each meal. if that means for breakfast you have 1 cup oats, 7 eggwhites, a couple pieces of bread, 1/2 cup cottage cheese and a chicken breast, then so be it.
