    What would a diet rougly look like. For a 6'2 202 person with about 14-13% bf

    but really would look like around 350grams protein 550 carbs 100 grams of fat.. mainly from peanut butter olive oil.. (good fats)

    thats 4500 calories. if your worried about fat go with more carbs and protein with less fat.

    eat mostly clean complex carbs, protein and some fats at every meal.

    my own current bulking experience would tell me to tell you to eat until youre full at each meal. if that means for breakfast you have 1 cup oats, 7 eggwhites, a couple pieces of bread, 1/2 cup cottage cheese and a chicken breast, then so be it.
