    Does the Pizza diet really work?

    Tomorrow I plan on eating two slices of pizza my girlfriend left me in my fridge tonight. I had my salad tonight and did pretty good like I said I went from size 54 - 44 in two months. I plan on eating the pizza but I plan on doing it like this eating one slice for breakfast and one slice for dinner. This is alright right? Its not saucy just cheese basically and it doesnt really have any bread no big crust. Its tombstone pizza.

    Pizza is a low glycemic carb but it has tons of fat. Probably will not hurt too bad, just slow down the slimming proccess a lot.



    Try having cottage cheese or yougurt for breakfast instead with a piece of toast or 2.

    Here are some tips:

    If you drink, stop immediatly. Alcohol has tons of useless calories and carbs + it dehydrates the blood.

    Do not eat or drink anything with sugar in it.

    If you want something BAD, have a pear instead, or a little box of fruit juice.



    Hang in there, you will hit your goal!

    Make your own pizza with a whole pita, red sauce, grated cheese and some left over grilled chicken slices. Bake

    Weigh and measure all the ingredients and write down calorie count. Next time you make a pizza just look at what you wrote down. Easy peasy.....

    I don't know what the big deal is.

    Theoretically I could eat 2 slices of BBQ Chicken Pizza from Pizza Hut for breakfast, lunch and dinner and still have 300 calories to spare on my cutting diet, and judging by his pant size, OP weighs A LOT more than me.

    Is it the healthiest way to live? Hell no. Would he hit his macros properly? Probably not. Can he lose weight by doing this? Yep.

    I don't recommend this diet AT ALL. But some of you here are making it sound like half a slice of pizza instantly adds 5lbs of fat.

    Everything in moderation people (that means you too OP).
    It's being a part of the Red, White and Green that makes me a Rooting Machine. And when you feel my mighty Stallion, you will know you have been with a true Italian. :D
