thanks guys, Im natural now, but i was thinking of starting a cycle. Its not an easy decision to make for me. But I would like to compete. I'm 5'7 at 180 right now. If I compete it will be at around 165-170. I'm really only taking creatine and lots of high calorie/protein meals. I did take 1-AD to get from 165-176lbs. Only did it for 3 weeks. If I start my cycle I would like to compete at 180-195, that would be sweet

when you take pic in mirror, makes your body boundaries buzz and dizzy, you know what i am saying, in other words makes your dimensions look little big and unclear.
send some pic taken from automatic camera or some other person, then i will give my views about ur muscles.
