    Best exercise for Rhomboids??

Whats the best exercise to develop these muscles...I do deadlifts, wide grip pullups and cable rows and bent over barbell rows for back, but do these help with rhomboids as well as lats?

I want to get thicker front to back and not just wide (lats) so whats the best exercise for these?

Those exercise should work your rhomboids to some extent, but to target them if they are a weak point, try doing exaggerated range of motion rows with a lighter weight (use the t-bar supported row). REALLY stretch and contract. Go for range of motion not weight.
