Please use this thread to let us know when you hit a big pr realted to your olympic lifts . Dont think of it as bragging but just sharing your progress because theres only a few of us on the board and we need to motivate each other .
Powerlifting

Ok. Any lift I post is following injury, as I am unsure if I will make my pre-injury strength levels.
Hit 195 on the overhead squat. Shaky as hell, but my hamstrings hit my calves at the bottom, and I made it all the way back up without dumping the stinkin' thing.
Stability will be an issue with this for a long time. In fact, I am probably going to post another thread on that very subject.

Arlecchino great job on that overhead squat man, thats some big weight.
I hit a PR with 115x2 on overheads yesterday A2G, the descent is so hard.

KNEES GO PAST TOES
hit a PR of 275lbs olympic style ATG back squat on wednesday, got some solid deph, but out the hole is what kills me on the ascent, as well as a little too much forward lean, wanna work on that.
everybody else is looking pretty strong!

trying everyday
well im new to olympic lifting but I got a new PR in the snatch on monday it was 72.5 kg wich is 159.5 pounds roughly. my clean PR is 80kg 176 pounds, but I got something wrong with a nerve in my elbow cause everytime I clean it kills. overhead squat I did 70 kg for 5 reps and front squats I got 100 kg for 3. Im a big guy so these lifts should be way more so keep me motivated guys.
goals are to do 110- 120 kg snatch, 140 clean and jerk, and 160 front squat by december

Wow, good luck with those goals. That will be difficult to do by december. By all means, try, though. You should keep a log on here.

my personal bests so far are...
65kg snatch(weak I know)
97.5kg clean and jerk
300 ATG squat
Im working hard to get those numbers better

deadlifted 405 today, I know it's not an O-lifts but hey any type of pulling should help the O-lifts!

I remember when I first hit 400 its a great feeling . 500 on deadlift has proved to much much more work than I intended.Either way good job..

i got a 102.5kg clean and jerk yesterday. my best snatch is 82.5kg but i've barely been able to get 80kg since i did that. and not any type of competitive lift, but i glute bridged 400 pounds (182.5kg) yesterday for 3 reps. it's weird how strong the glutes are.

Going for a 100kg C&J today! I can clean it but never seem to be able to get under the bar for the jerk....
Squat: 135 lbs
Bench: 225 lbs
Deadlift: 185 lbs
Mid hang clean: 278 lbs
Stop quoting my stats. I know what I'm doing if I can deadlift 1.5 plates.

Power clean 160 lbs PR
Jerk 145 lbs PR
Still learning snatch, but within 4 weeks i got 95 lbs for 2 reps. ( solid form)
