    Question

thanx for the input, reps to ya.
Hey im worried bout having too much protein intake if i start taking some whey protein powder.
Is say 1 servings ( like a teasponn or 2, whatever it is for 1 serving) with like milk or whatever is okay. cos i already have alot of chicken, meats and i eaty alot of tuna in my diet. SO would 1 protein powder shake/ drink a day be okay or should i make it like 2 a week, or is it okay to take more than 1 a day. How much exactly is okay. Thanx if anyone cna give me some info.

If you are bodybuilding... aim for AROUND 1.5g - 2g per lb of bodyweight. So if you weigh 150lbs, aim for AROUND 300g protein every day

One serving of protein powder a day is not going to hurt you. I would say that you would need more. I take at least 6-9 servings spread out for 2-3 protein shakes.

    1) Try less milk, more whey, and re-test.

    2) Your doc sounds like a freakin idiot.
