When people give their arm measurements, do you measure during (or right after) your workout, or do you do it on a rest day? It seems like it could make a difference (up to 1/2" or so for me anyway) so I was just curious.

buy this myotap thing...it works awesome...its like a laso-measuring tape that cinches on your arm , leg, etc...I love it and its impossible to cheat.
