I have been working out for bout a month and a half now and I use to half man boobs. Does my chest still look like manboobs, or do they looks like pecs now, or are they starting to?

i dont know if you are quite 20% but imo everything from 15-19% are pretty similar. dont worry about bf% to much though, its pretty easy to control that through a cut diet... much harder to gain muscle mass. at least for me.
looks like you got a pretty strong chest though. wish i had a chest that big when i was 16.
