hi
im 15 and have been lifting for only for bout 5 weeks and i did work my legs twice a week , doing squats and stif leg deadlifts and i went from 79lbs -10reps 2 100lbs 7 reps with squats and i gt 2inches growth on my legs ( i quit proud lol)
.........Neway i was just wondering should i carry on working them twice a week or just high intensity once a week

I like to do quads twice a week , once more focused on heavy weights and the second more focused on reps .
Calves seem to recover really quickly , for a while I trained them 4 or 5 times a week , but now I like to absolutely thrash the **** out them twice a week , it hurts like all hell in the gym and the next day ... If you're willing to put up with some pain , twice a week also-186724 point(s) total (+192228 since being neg'd to oblivion , Thanks for the help and sorry I can't hit y'all back )
