    Help A fat Kid!

    Meal 1- 8:30
    1/2 cup oatmeal
    3 eggs and 3 egg whites
    1 Scoop protien powder

    Meal 2- 11:15ish
    2 slice bread
    8 slices ham
    3 slices cheese
    1/2 cup nuts

    Meal 3- 1:45-2:00 (pre-workout)
    2 can tuna
    5 ritz
    1 banana


    Meal 4- 3:15ish (post workout)
    1 Scoop protein
    2 Slices bread
    8 slices ham
    3 slices Cheese
    1 banana
    1 Multi Vit

    Meal 5- 6:00ish
    8oz beef


    Meal 6- 8:15 ish
    Beef 8 oz
    2 slice of pepper jack

    meal 7- right before bed
    1 scoop Casien protien


    Hello, all you fit people. If you have time please help me with a wieght loss diet. I have alot of trouble losing wieght and sticking to a diet and this is the best I could come up with, please help.

    I am 6 foot, 235lbs about 17-19%bf

    also what kind of bread? Seems you like cheese, is it fat free? What is your workout routine? Cardio? Bodybuilding.com has some great calorie calculators you could use to help determine your maintence levels. If I were you I would cut out some dairy except cottage cheese which provides high quality protein.
