Hello, all you fit people. If you have time please help me with a wieght loss diet. I have alot of trouble losing wieght and sticking to a diet and this is the best I could come up with, please help.
also what kind of bread? Seems you like cheese, is it fat free? What is your workout routine? Cardio? Bodybuilding.com has some great calorie calculators you could use to help determine your maintence levels. If I were you I would cut out some dairy except cottage cheese which provides high quality protein.
