    how long should you wait between meals?

    if you have 5 meals all calculated how, how long exactly should you wait inbetween them? Especially so that the meals done end up mixing fat/carbs

    It depends on how big your meals are. If it's just protein with a steamed veg you might be able to eat every 2 hours. If you add a complex carb you should wait 2,5 to 3 hrs in order to properly digest everything.

    Not really, it doesn't really matter in the grand scheme of things. 2-3 hours is a good guideline.
