Ive been lifting weights for about 12 weeks and I want to speed up the process. what would be the best supplement? Cell tech? Glutamine?

You need to learn some basics. Take some time and study, but don't believe all you read. Bodybuilding is a lifestyle, 12 weeks aint nothing in the grand scheme of things...Keep busting your a** at the gym and take a multi-vitamin and Whey Protein, that's a great start. It'll come...

Well
A good workout.
A good diet (high protein and lots of food)
Plenty of sleep.
Plenty of water.
This is 92% of body building. (natural BB)
The other 8% is supplements.
The ones that will have the most effect in no particular order...
Creatine
A good multi vitamin
Flax Seed oil or fish oil
lots of water
