This is a respawned thread and I spent 18 months to get from A to B over two cutting cycles. I would have to put 35lbs on to get back to A - so I'm staying relatively lean. I'm planning cut/bulk cycles over the next year to compete at Masters level for the first time in 2004.

Good luck to you in 2004. You look ready now. In a way it's good to know it took you 18 months. Sometimes I want things to happen overnight especially when being away from it all for a couple of years.
