best BCAA?
"My problem is that my parents are here and so is my brother. It will look kind of suspicious with me walking into the bathroom with a frozen chicken breast. We have no salmon here either, but I can get the salmon fillets this weekend and stick it in my ass on Monday morning when everyone is gone.
I don't mind sticking the fish in my ass (no homo) its just getting it past my parents that's going to be the delay."

I really like ICE but animal nitro is an excellent product possibly superior however it is an EAA product not an BCAA so its not completely fair to compare them.
I am young but I am no rookie. I live, breathe, and flourish in the the trenches; where the chalk dust flies and newbies look and wonder how can I get that body. They reason that he must be on steroids or ph's but I have never and will never punish my health with such things. I am living proof that hard + smart work+time+patience is all that is required to not only look the best you can, but to live and be the best that you can be. Yeah Yeah I am a veteran!

this thread is meant for best BCAA supp and best EAA supp?
i dont know anything about BCAA supps..

In my experience animal nitro is the best EAA product.
There is also xtremeformulations vendetta.I am young but I am no rookie. The best BCAA product would have to be by Beverly(muscle mass). Also for EAA's, Mass Aminos by Beverly are great. This is a different product.
