There are some specially made protein cereals you could get at health stores. Other than that, most don't have much. Quaker Oat Squares, and shreaded wheat both have around 5-7 grams of protein. Would be better off just fixing some instant oatmeal and protein powder though...I realize you might not even have time for that though...

actually i have pretty much all day now to fix my breakfast...not that i would like to spend all day...hows this sound for the average breakfast (bulking)...1 bowl of that new wheaties energy crunch...2 pieces of lightly buttered toast orange juice and a banana/apple
