    hmmm

There are some specially made protein cereals you could get at health stores. Other than that, most don't have much. Quaker Oat Squares, and shreaded wheat both have around 5-7 grams of protein. Would be better off just fixing some instant oatmeal and protein powder though...I realize you might not even have time for that though...

Flutie Flakes! J/K Shredded wheat is what I usually eat with two slices of toast with peanut butter on top! I still find it hard to eat oatmeal...

I think you will need more protein than that to start your day. You've just gone 8 hours asleep with no protein...good time to get some into your system. Try putting peanut butter on that toast instead of butter...it really is damn good like the other guy said. I like drinking a small protein shake in the morning as well if thats an option for you.

I had this cereal, aptly named, Protein Plus.
It had 13 g of protein, and it tasted pretty good.
On the bad side, it has a lot of sugar (I don't remember how many g, but i remember that it's a lot) and the protein was mostly soy.

Special K has 7 grams of protein and 110 calories per cup.
weight training is the easiest thing to understand and the hardest to actually implement. - Dr. Ken Leistner

Miracles are attested, but what if they're instead some mix of charlantary, unfamiliar states of consciousness, misapprehensions of natural phenomena, and mental illness? No contemporary religion and no New Age belief seems to me to take sufficient account of the grandeur, magnificence, subtlety and intrcacy of the Universe revealed by science. The fact that so little of the findings of modern science is prefigured in Scripture to my mind casts further doubt on its divine inspiration. - Carl Sagan
