pouch stomache?
ok well i have this little pouch of fat or something on my stomache. the rest of my stomache is pretty flat. its almost like any fat i have had in the past just sort of slumped down to my lower somache. its like a little pouch of fat. >__< i want to get rid of it. I have been dieting eating clean for over 2 months now and exercising even more than i used to. Still no results. at all. im not seeing an improvement and i havent gained/lost ANY weight. X____X
i have seen some people complain about things like this but that is after they have lost some weight. I have never even been chubby and i have this fat pouch thingy that others call squishy fat or loose skin. how can that be and how can i get rid of it?
is this like a permanent punishment for eating mostly junk food all those previously years that i have to deal with? or is there any certain exercises or foods that i can take to make it go away? X____X
any and alll help is welcome here... getting desperate. X_X
no pill suggestions please... im not really into that. unless they are things like vitamins or supplements. I am already taking vitamin C tablets and iron supplements.

I have the same thing. I was fat when I developed, so I think my pouch may be more of a skin thing, but i definately know what you are talking about. It usually goes away with the clean eating (which you are already doing) and lifting a lot of free weights.

yeah, i know how you feel, i have the same problem. when i don't eat carbs, my stomach is completely flat, but as soon as i eat them, my lower abs always have a pooch. i hate it. the only thing that helps me is not to eat carbs, but without them i get grumpy!

I think maybe it has to do with your body fat percentage? I've never been close to overweight and even when I was about 8lbs underweight I still had it (I wasn't at all muscular then, so still had decent body fat %). It doesn't bother me anymore really, I think it's just part of having a feminine body.

Don't get discouraged. It' s awesome you are eating clean! If you aren't doing cardio, that will definitely give you some results if you are looking to lose weight. Is it just a "pooch" or or you talking about bloating?
Have you tried using the incline while holding onto a 25 lb weight? Working on your abs will definitely help as well, to strengthen your ab muscles, but overall, if it is fat you want to lose, cardio is a must.

ok thank you everyone. ^___^
i have a list of stuff to try now.
already doing cardio but will continue, will work on my abs (no access to any weightlifting machines or even dumbbells so will make do with sit ups), eat clean, and eat as little carbs as possible (eek that will be hard... most of what i eat is carbs) X_X
then i will see how it works... hopefully it will be gone or at least reduced. its the only reason why i started doing all this in the first place after all. If i cant get rid of it i just may as well go back to eating all junk food again. X_X
