Hello everyone, I'm new to this board and exercising. I recently joined a gym and have been doing some cardio to shed some pounds but I know I need to do more. As of now I've been using the treadmill for 30 minutes and the elliptical machine for 20 minutes. I've been searching the body building page for a workout to help me lose the pounds and tone up my muscles but I'm not sure which one would be best. Any adivce is appreciated!
