it's a gud idea if you find doin abs a chore and don't enjoy doin them, if you don't.. don't waste your money the results won't be any better

No way, don't bother. It's amazing how many machines were invented for working abs. Your abs do one thing.....they pull your ribcage closer to your pelvis. Do sit ups. Do leg raises. Do whatever else except spend $$$ on the latest ab gadget.
