i do do them agiasnt a wall the reason there almost as much as my bench is becuz when i was 12 i only did arm curls on and off till now so ya i wish i did other things then and 312 thats huge its amazing how much people can lift

PS: That 3 plate pinch grip by KAZ did NOT happen that is the truth. Kaz said it himself, he never did it. Hatfield, said he bet Kaz to walk the lenght of a gym holding the weights straight out infront of him.
