...Do you use to make your breakfast (if you eat eggs for breakfast every morning like me)?
Doesn't matter if you're scrambling them, making an omelet, frying them, whatever. How many do you use each morning?

Every morning I'll have 5-6 eggs 2-3 of them being yolks. I switch back and forth between the yolk amount cause I like to alternate my fat sources.
Eggs are one of the best sources of proteins out there next to whey. Its a staple in a bodybuilders diet (especially breakfast) IMO..The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and hear all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds. ~Henry Rollins

Just to make sure everyone knows, that's 120 kcals from protein and 225 kcals from fat. I like to count my macros by calories instead of grams, helps me balance everything out in my head.
I eat whole eggs as well btw, not saying they're bad or anything.
I usually eat 2 at a time with a piece of toast and maybe a teaspoon of jam with a cup of coffee. I love that routine.Lifting Log
