New to Ice Cream Fitness routine and need your advice and experience !!

Bf : i am not sure but i have some fat on my abdominal and it's really annoying me
so i was 105 kg in July followed an aggressive diet with doing insanity and lifting , so now i am 79 kg and don't now what my body fat but now i am really want to make some good muscles , i followed some routines , find it's not good , so now what i am doing is doing cardio every morning 25 minutes "Focus T25" , after 5 hours going to gym , so now i am following diet with a good protein and low fat and carb , so i will put for me to judge what to do bulk or cut more , doing cardio with lifting or not doing , and what about diet and is this routine good for me or not , i did the first day yesterday and i really enjoyed it and please , please i don't need reply to tell me to read about stickies for nutrition and macros , etc , because i know it , but came to here get the experience from yours and here is my photos
