    Late night workouts

    ok I wanted to know how bad is it to work out late at night like around 9:30-10:00 is when you would start??? How bad is that to do?? I am curious because I might have to work out late at night pretty soon because of work.

    i use to work out really late 1am lol and never noticed any difference in gains. although if you do workout late you may find it hard to sleep. i counld'nt sleep for about 2hrs after

    2nd the can't sleep thing. Worked out between 8 and 9 one time and couldn't get to sleep until midnight.

    I'm a huge fan of working out late. I get to the gym between 8.30-9.00pm. I find that I'm stronger at that time and there are no peckers hogging the equipment.

    I finish at about 10pm go straight home, grab a huge MRP shake and go straight to bed. I'm usually asleep within 5mins, 10 if the missus is feeling randy ;-)

    I always almost work out at 9:30 or so. Once in awhile I'll work out really early, and it sucks becauses i feel like i have no energy, so i enjoy lifting at night, but thats just me.
