When I wake up, I take 30g of whey with EC. After 30 minutes, I take 5g of BCAAs and go for 1hr of LI cardio. During that 1hr, I sip on 22g of BCAAs. Immediately after cardio, I take 11g of BCAAs. Is this a bad idea? The reason I do this is because I dont want to risk losing any muscle while doing fasted cardio. Would the whey and BCAA be enough to spike my insulin and kick me out of keto?

Sorry I was so vague, I make it up with 4 scoops and I sip on it through my workout and usually have half my cup left over to sip while I do cardio. I also drink it on off days for something other than water and I have found that when I play golf I will mix up 4 scoops and put it in a big water bottle and gives me great energy too. All around its an awesome product. I wish I could say it has made me lose weight but between Keto and EC I am down to 200lbs from 225lbs about 5 weeks ago.

i've been on BCAA's for ages on keto, i've never been kicked out either. apparently however its a personal thing, and depends on the individual, by the sounds of it ur not getting kicked out, so id say keep taking it, its good for u.
remember to take into account however that most BCAA products do have sucralose or some other form of sugar like sweetening agent thats a carb."Just do the diet, lift hard and take pictures of yourself naked.
