I ordered some fish oil caps. Is there a limit to how many I should take everyday? I would have ordered the oiil but the shipping was too much for a 4 month supply. Thanks.

6-10g a day is sufficient.
Fish oil is way more economical than the caps.
2tsp of fish oil = 8g
8 1000mg caps = 8g
So it takes quite a few caps to actually get enough.

I bought Fish Oil EC (enteric coated) w/ Omega-3 Fatty Acids (2 mo. supply- $11)--- EC takes away fishy after taste.
This is what it has
Serving Size: 1 softgel
Cal. 10
Cal. from fat 10
Total fat 1g
Sat. Fat 0.5g
Polyunsat. fat Less than 0.5g
Monounsat. fat 0g
Cholesterol 5mg
Natural Fish Oil Conc. 1000mg
EPA 180mg
DHA 120mg
Directions: Take 1 softgel 3 times a dail with a full glass of water after a meal.
Is this enough? Do you think this will aid in fat loss?
