    Breast Milk???

    I know this guy that drinks Breast milk after his workout. Hes pretty big and he said its cuz the Breast milk. What is the use of Breast milk and is any good for helping put on size???

    since the thread in the link taffer posted, i tried breast milk, straight from the breast.. *waits for high-five from the guys*.. it actually did kinda taste like a vanilla milkshake - whatever the taste was, it was sweet, & it was damn good. the problem is that sucking a woman's breast causes the adaptation to produce more breast milk. her boobs got too pumped (full) too soon in the middle of the night, & it was kind of an inconvenience for her to get outa bed & pump it out & freeze it. i still stand by my hunch that it's the ultimate bodybuilding supplement. i recommend it postworkout.

    I think they're going to make a protein powder with the "Breast Milk"....i'm not sure. They did it with egg protein...and Beef right??? so why not breast milk?

    I think you already can.
    The milk that first flows when a baby suckles is the richest in nutrients. Its called colostrum (sp?).
    Im sure Ive seen Bovine Colostrum before and Im pretty sure that the Aussie National Swim Team are supplemented with colostrum. Im just not sure if it is bovine or human

    ya thats true it's bovine colostrum, a lot of track athletes are starting to use it.

    There was this documentary on CBC in canada where a bunch of guys were given, test, creatine, dianbol, bovine colstrum, etc and the guy that took the milk made the most gains in strength in speed. You can buy the stuff online im sure.

    The effects of bovine colostrum supplementation on body composition and exercise performance in active men and women.

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of 8 wk of bovine colostrum supplementation on body composition and exercise performance in active men and women. Subjects were randomly assigned to a placebo (whey protein) and colostrum group (20 g/d in powder form). Each subject participated in aerobic and heavy-resistance training at least three times per wk. Body composition was assessed via dual x-ray absorptiometry analysis. Treadmill time to exhaustion, one repetition maximum strength (bench press), and the total number of repetitions performed during one set to exhaustion at a submaximal load for the bench press (50% and 100% of body weight for women and men, respectively) were ascertained. The whey protein group experienced a significant increase (P < 0.05) in body weight (mean increase of 2.11 kg), whereas the colostrum group experienced a significant (P < 0.05) increase in bone-free lean body mass (mean increase of 1.49 kg). There were no changes in any of the other parameters measured. Thus, supplementation with bovine colostrum (20 g/d) in combination with exercise training for 8 wk may increase bone-free lean body mass in active men and women.

    With that said, breast milk is damn good for you but it is pretty fattenning if I remember correctly. I know that during infancy, the child's diet should consist of 40-50% fats and that all nutritional requirements are greatest at this stage of life per kilogram of bodyweight than any other time. We need to get a breast milk farming operation going here.
