i had some elbow pain after back day about three weeks ago, i was doing wide grip pulldowns, barbell rows, a little heavy but nothing crazy. come the end of the back workout my elbow was on fire and I could not do my biceps routine. three weeks later i am STILL getting elbow pain when i fully extend my arm and put my hand in a palm-up position.
I have seen my orthopedist and he took a look at it and tested my strength and he said it was ok to him. the pain comes and goes can anyone help me ?
