If I had noticed the lifter you pointed out, I would say that she stood up from the bottom of that lift like the barbell and weights were helium filled.

Her legs were bigger than those of 95% of the guys 'legs' in the gym where I currently train.

While they are, or at least were when I purchased them, printed in very simple format, the sheer volume of data in some of them is staggering.

yes, I have like 6-7 of those Russian manuals. GREAT info.

Sadly, and I dont know the full story, but Yuri Verkhoshansky claims the manuals were illegaly interpreted (or without permission or copyright or whatever legal realities apply). Yuri is somewhat bitter over this and its a shame.

Some have claimed that the interpretations werent that great and when asked about a possible "list of corrections", Yuri said that would be like asking Bill Gates to troubleshoot blackmarket copies of windows, lol
