If Whey Isolate has a much higher absorption rate than any meat or anything why do people say food is better?

whey isolate has its place pwo because of the absorption but whole food is greater than whey any other time

Real food is more thermogenic than whey. In other words, it makes your body work harder to digest it. Not a good idea to rely on whey to live daily!

whey isolate is expensive
ground beef is not

listen.. WHEY PROTEIN IS A SUPPLEMENT!!!!!!!!!!!! it should be used for that reason only
sure its high in BV.. but u get no nutrtion out of it at all.. ur giving ur body nothing but a quick shot of protein that is digested in nearly 30-45 minutes
eating whole food is great for the body and very nutritious it also gives it a filling effect
filling ur body with shakes will do nothing for u but end up starving you..
whole foods also contain other vitamins and minerlas that whey does not have which is also beneficial to the body.. do a search on google ull find 100's of articles
realize what u guys are trying to say.. that taking a powder is more benefical then a whole food source is mind boggling

Why anyone would want to do this is beyond me. I personally love eating real food. If you do insist on doing it though, at least use MRPs instead of whey protein alone.
