Tennis Ball Look for biceps???

Well...first of you need size to your biceps before you need to be shaping them. I would start off incorperating standing barbel curls into your current routine. Maybe also so some hammer curls. I would do each exercise for about 3 sets of 10 reps. You should also be eating well and working out your entire body. Once you get some size to your biceps, you could do spider curls or preacher curls for some peak ( tennis ball ) look. Just keep lifting and eating alot...and the gain will come. Good luck man.

You may not be able to get the 'tennis ball look'. It all depends on the shape of your muscle. I have flat biceps unfortuanly, and i dont think there is anything i can do to change this (exercise wise) MAYBE only time and effort.
If you have a short bicep you will get a peak more than likely, i have a long bicep so my bicep doesn't really peak much.
Do you have a pic of your bicep?

Just have a decent bicep routine and diet. You don't have to do preacher curls or anything particular, if your genetics have the shape for it, you just have to build them up, and reduce the body fat a little for it to peak out. For me, it just came with growth, no particular excercise helped more or less from what I could tell. Some people simply can't build the peak because of genetics(unless of course you workout for years and years or juice), so if that is you, then sorry.
