Ive noticed that out of all the flavors of Lender's at my local market all contain Hydro Soybean Oil.
The only exception is the Cinnamon raisin flavor but it does contain soybean oil.
Anyone have know why?

You would think so, but you would be wrong. Bakery's need a hard shortening to work with most baked goods, and since animal fat is not good for you [scarcasm], the industry replaced that hard shortening with hydrogenated veg oil, and 99% of bakery's still use it. What they need is to go back to, animal fat (lard)...but of course that would mean educating the total population that lard isn't that bad in comparison to hydrogenated veg oils. It won't happen anytime soon.
One problem is....some of our competitors suffer from excessive build quality.

it mostly comes down to cals in vs cals out.. if u restrict urself to not much when u eat out at ****ty places there is not much to worry about.. sure the food may be unhealthy and whatnot.. but if u dont meet a certain caloric intake u will not gain weight regardless of what u eat.. u could eat dog **** day in and day out if u dont have more cals then u burn.. ur going to lose weight

the only time i'd eat bagels is post workout...is actually when i eat an english muffin with some natural PB. but some people can eat anything and stay small. if you feel like you need one...i guess you could eat it with something good on it before you work out to make sure you burn it off.
