I think you should have the "why didn't i place this week?" section after every TOTW and WOTW. It gives those who don't place an idea why not.

    suggestion!

We always talk about if genetics plays a role in making gains or loosing fat, but we never talk about how an ectomorph or mesomorph should over come their genetic disadvantages.

What is the difference between an ectomorph and mesomorph's diet, way of training, and supplementation.

it could even be separted into two weeks, one for ectomorph and one for mesomorph

    P.S. endomorphs are lucky!

I agree. How about a topic explaining the difference between all three, and how a person of each form reacts to different exercises, diets, etc.

I'd like to see a topic about how you all react to overhearing bad training advice, and maybe what that advice was. That or maybe a topic on what supplements you all view as the biggest "snake oils" out there.

yep the ectomorph/mesomorph thing sounds good. Maybe in the workout section.

thanks for coming through with the delt workout.

Another idea for wotw, maybe the best body-sculpting workout for males. (and females?)

    Thumbs up Supplementation

    Hi Ryan,
I 'm a daily user of Bodybuilding.com and see so many post on work-out information and nutritional suggestions.
Many post on supplements tell what the benifits are but I don't see the best times when to take supplements. I think for the beginners who are starting out in bodybuilding and basic fitness training often wonder the best time of day to take certain supplements to give the best gains.
    Thanks,
    Bobby
p.s-- Bodybuilding.com is the best place to get what you need and I'm a dedicated and Happy customer!

    topic of the week

    how do you train?
why do you train like this?

    give backup for your reasons.

this way we can determine why people train like they do

i think this is a good topic

    how to become a Powerbuilder?

Have 20 inch arms. Razor Sharp abs. and a 300 pound bench and massive lifts.

Seriously, what guy doesn't want to look good at the beach and be able to brag to his friends how much he can lift. Really.

    Legs

We should have a topic on how to build good legs since legs are neglected by alot of people. We've done arms, shoulders, abs, back, forearms, traps, and I think we should do something for legs. We should talk about alternatives to leg workouts and things like that, for example workouts for stablilization, balance and explosive power. This would be a great topic.

How about a non-bodybuilding topic for a week, possibly something about sports, like the upcoming NCAA Tournament. Perhaps that would bring some new writers/competition out of the woodwork, and it would provide for an interesting break in the regular pattern.

Some ideas for the workout section:

What is the best full-body routine?

What is the best all-barbell workout? for one year i was stuck with just a barbell and flat bench with free weights because I couldn't afford a gym membership and it was an experience trying to get the most out of what i had. I know there has been an all-dumbell TOTW question, but my experience was quite different to training with dumbells; ie: same movements, but very different affects like bench press, upright rows, squats how do you get the most out of training with barbells, ie: grips.

What is the best chest workout? People LOVE training chest. Other than arms, i can't think of another bodypart people would more like to develop.

    Topic of the week ideas:

Who has the best bodybuilding physique ever? This would be awesome!! Coleman? Flex? Dorian? Arnie? Steeve Reeves?

HOw can a bodybuilder go about increasing Symmetry? Symmetry is so important! Whats the best way at acheving it?
