suggestion!
We always talk about if genetics plays a role in making gains or loosing fat, but we never talk about how an ectomorph or mesomorph should over come their genetic disadvantages.
What is the difference between an ectomorph and mesomorph's diet, way of training, and supplementation.
it could even be separted into two weeks, one for ectomorph and one for mesomorph
P.S. endomorphs are lucky!Last edited by ho_124; 01-03-2006 at 09:53 PM.

Supplementation
Hi Ryan,
I 'm a daily user of Bodybuilding.com and see so many post on work-out information and nutritional suggestions.
Many post on supplements tell what the benifits are but I don't see the best times when to take supplements. I think for the beginners who are starting out in bodybuilding and basic fitness training often wonder the best time of day to take certain supplements to give the best gains.
Thanks,
Bobby

topic of the week
how do you train?
why do you train like this?
give backup for your reasons.
this way we can determine why people train like they do
also i still tink it would be a good idea if when posting replies for topic of the week, as its for the chance to win instore credit, the replies shouldnt be shown untill the winner is choose. this will prevent people who aint got a clue what there talking about, copying others, then making out they have brains
i hope the admin can consider thisLast edited by reflexions; 02-05-2006 at 12:01 PM.

Legs
We should have a topic on how to build good legs since legs are neglected by alot of people. We've done arms, shoulders, abs, back, forearms, traps, and I think we should do something for legs. We should talk about alternatives to leg workouts and things like that, for example workouts for stablilization, balance and explosive power. This would be a great topic.

Some ideas for the workout section:
What is the best full-body routine?
What is the best all-barbell workout? for one year i was stuck with just a barbell and flat bench with free weights because I couldn't afford a gym membership and it was an experience trying to get the most out of what i had. I know there has been an all-dumbell TOTW question, but my experience was quite different to training with dumbells; ie: same movements, but very different affects like bench press, upright rows, squats how do you get the most out of training with barbells, ie: grips.
What is the best chest workout? People LOVE training chest. Other than arms, i can't think of another bodypart people would more like to develop.
Topic of the week ideas:
Who has the best bodybuilding physique ever? This would be awesome!! Coleman? Flex? Dorian? Arnie? Steeve Reeves?
HOw can a bodybuilder go about increasing Symmetry? Symmetry is so important! Whats the best way at acheving it?Last edited by Aussie LTD; 03-10-2006 at 03:29 AM.
