How does masturbating right before bedtime effect muscle growth? If one was to begin to masturbate, but not finish the deed, will there be high levels of testosterone? Will there be lower levels of testosterone is the deed is finished?

Cheat Meals.
If I am following a strict 5 to 6 meal a day diet, but I allow one cheat meal a week, how should I formulate the rest of that days meals to cooperate with the cheat meals caloric amount. I do not have a set limit to the calorie amount on the cheat meal. I also still stick to the no processed foods idea so if I want a 1/2 lb cheeseburger I make it myself.

Office workout
I know alot of people sit at a desk all day while they work. Personally, I work with people fairly close to me so I can't exactly get on the ground an do push-ups. I recently started working out and I usually stretch a bit while I'm sitting there. I'm looking for some tips for people that work at a desk on how to get some exercise in or even stay limber. For example, a common recommendation is to replace your chair with an exercise ball (better for posture and you use your core/abs to keep it steady. Again, subtle exercises with little/no equipment please.
Thanks

Part 1: Should a bodybuilder stretch before lifting, after lifting, or both?
Part 2: What is the best method of stretching for bodybuilders? Static, Dynamic, PNF, etc.
Part 3: What are the benefits and consequenses of stretching?
Part 4: How long should stretches be held for?
BONUS: Explain how you use, or don't use, stretching in your workout program.

best all time body builders drug free
Hi All
I have been looking at some of the other sites for opinions all time best body builder ,
and it seams that most opinions are that the present day monsters that do not look like what they have built is not through natural means , so here are some names that i have followed from my early time in body building , john grimek, clancy ross , steve reeves , ect now these are real body builders , has body building is surposed to be about healthy living ,
(Drug free ) so if any one else is able to come up with other names it would be good to see them and to discuss about the past body builders who trained for improving there health and body with out drugs .

How do you maintain muscle when you cannot get to the gym for an extended period?
Ex You will go away on business / holiday / for school for a few weeks or will be extremely busy for a month.
Is it worth over exerting yourself in the weeks leading up?
Do you maintain your lifting diet or cut back for the duration?
Do you create a simplified workout (ex: push ups/crunches) while away?
BONUS: Have you dealt with in the past and how much did it affect your strength and physique?

Sleep!!
One thing that has always been a struggle of mine is sleep. I have dealt with insomnia my whole life and I am fighting very hard to beat this dang thing. What are people doing to make sure they are getting proper sleep? What natural sleep aids are people taking? How long does it take people to get themselves on a good sleep cycle? Any suggestions on this topic would be awesome!!

I would be especially interested in this topic. I rarely rest between sets (unless I need to catch my breath) but do alternate exercises so that I'm not working the exact same muscles in a row. I've been wondering if I should add some rests in to take my training to the next level, but I hate to waste time in the gym....it would be great to see a good discussion on the topic of rests in general.
