ME BEING BAAAACCK.....on Bodybuilding.com Me being MARC RAINBOW **** stirrer and best mates with ths Preist man and all time buddy of the IFBB and Sahwn Ray and on and on and on it goes...where have I been ...well its a long story involving Rehab , gangs ,death threats ,being robbed,arrested,shot at and all the usual stuff one does in the weekend!!! oh and me loseing my way ..happy to tell this amazing tale (boy I have had some amazing experiances all all steeming from the needle of the steriods).....if any magazine wants this story I shaw could do with the cash right now as I have blown over close to $700000-00 on a misslead but amazing and extreme life of daportuary and drugs,i lost my children..although they are back with me know..lost all my friends,house, been arreseted by three govt bodies and have over 65 charges against me, 4 that carry a life sentence (12 years) here in NZ...but hey I optimistic ....ahhhhh yeah I think I am....any hows I fit and healthy and like I said you want to know where I went wrong ..well I am not ashamed to tell...it just may help some one whoes going the way i did to see the light ..its great to be back tho ..talk to you guys soon ..MARC IFBB PRO
N?B I never ever once harmed any one ,hurt anyone or disrespected any one but myself (which in-directly cancels out what I just said real doesnt it, as all those around me got hurt emotionaly and/or financialy,for which I am deeply sorry for and disgusted in my self for.)

Importance of preventing injury
I'm sure there are better ways to phase these questions...
Injuries happen all the time in bodybuilding and other athletic sports. Injuries can range anything from strains, to broken bones and worse. Preventing these injuries is important to a structured athletic programm.
1) What are some common preventable injuries that a inexperienced bodybuilder can face in the gym and how can these be prevented?
2) Even experienced bodybuilder tend to injure themselves, this can lead to many days even months off of training which could most definatly break your competitive edge at a competition.
What are some injuries more experienced bodybuilders face and how are these preventable.
3)Many athletes have limited time at the gym. What is the best short and all-encompassing program for a time conscious athlete.
4) or Bonus) Is there an importance in Deep Massages, Chiropractic treatments, and/or Acupuncture in a bodybuilders life.

I'd like to see some information on NIKE Free.
They're supposed to simulate running barefoot, and I'm wondering if anyone's used them for, let's say, squats or power cleans and noticed interesting results of any kind.
I've found several reviews online about how it helps runners, but none about any kind of weightlifting. I'll be posting this in other threads as well.

I really think a question about stretching would be great.
Part 1: Should a bodybuilder stretch before lifting, after lifting, or both?
Part 2: What is the best method of stretching for bodybuilders? Static, Dynamic, PNF, etc.
Part 3: What are the benefits and consequenses of stretching?
Part 4: How long should stretches be held for?
BONUS: Explain how you use, or don't use, stretching in your workout program.Do it cause you love it

How about how to bounce back from a bad virus/cold? I know for me, I just let it run its course and forget about my diet for the time being - then throw down some serious protein after and take a day or 2 until i feel 100%. But there might be better ways.
