Please respond if you have done an 8x8 program or if you can point me to articles on 8x8.
I am doing 10x10 now. I expect the difference is simply what it seems in that the 8x8 is slightly less volume and slightly heavier weights than the 10x10, but I just want to be sure there isn't another emphasis with the 8x8 that I am missing.
Thanks for your time. I will be happy to rep for quality answers.

What's the main difference between 10x10 and 8x8?
"Suffer the pain of discipline or suffer the pain of regret."
Training regularly but no progress?
You need one or more of these: more food, more weight, more reps or more rest.

JP, that's right on target. My searches were not as fruitful. Thanks.
Apparently, I need to rep a few more people before I can hit you again. I'll make a note of it.
If anyone else knows of other articles promoting, detracting from or offering variations on the 8x8, please do post."Suffer the pain of discipline or suffer the pain of regret."

they are based on traditional numbers. People wouldnt do 8x7 because it sounds dumb so he said to do 8x8, neither workout is any good but you can build muscle on it. Sometimes people do stuff the wrong way and see results and think they were right.
Just like if this was 1977 right now , Arnold would walk into your gym and tell you to bench 3 times a week and you would probaly end up under the knife needing surgery from his bad advice , plus you would be listening to a liar.
