What happens if you lift weights, don't do any cardio, and you are on a clean diet at a 500 calorie deficit per day.
I don't understand why this would be worse than if cardio was added.

I don't ever plan on quitting cardio, because I don't mind it. Cardio also has to be beneficial in other ways to your body" Heart, lungs, ect...
Plus the more cardio I do the more I can eat.
I'm just curiouse why when people are wondering about fat loss to get the beach body. Everyone stresses cardio. When I would think that lifting weights and being on a clean diet in a deficit would work the same for fat loss.
