Bench-225 (as of today )
Squat-285
Deadlift-315
I sea most teens squatting 300+ and DL'ing over 350. But their bench is not that high. Am I doing something wrong, or do my stats seem to be normal.
PS- No bull**** E-stats being posted, please. Mine are legit and not impressive whatsoever, so there is no need to lie. Honest opinion and suggestions welcome. REPS to the 2 best answers.

thats the problem, i, personally dont train for strength and numbers, but just for size, and i am scared of doing low reps for legs fearing that i might hurt something. i only max out once every 3 months, and the rest i calculate as in ratio to weight and reps. So if i do 240x8, thats 285 and so on.

well if you think ur legs arent up to par strength wise with your upper body, the train for strength with your legs for a little while to get the numbers where ya think they should be.

lol @ ididots trying to get a 1 rep max from a rep max.
I'm sorry to compare us from not knowing how long u've been lifting, but I'm not far behind in squat (260) and kill you deadlift (375), and I've only been training 5 months. Maybe try changing your routine?United States Air Force DEP - BMT 10 Aug 09
