    a different long head tricep exercise

    so i was searching around and i found this exercise for the long head, anyone ever try this?

    I tried something similar, using the bench and a rope. Didn't care for it. Never tried dipping down low or using the bar....


    I've always thought of how I could brace my elbows against something.....kind of like a preacher curl for triceps.

    im going to try it tonite, i just dont how it will protect your elbows vs other types of extensions

    so i tried it out tonite, holy crap it felt great, the stretch was incredible it went all the way to the back of my tricep around my shoulder, plus no elbow pain at all, funny bc everything else causes elbow pain for me


    plus i could really bring it behind my head giving an incredible stretch, anyone with elbow issues should def try this or someone who wants to try something new
