How do you folks manage your diet when working day and night shifts?
Hiya folks i was just wondering if you guys could give me some advice.im just starting bb and ive got a good knowledge of my diet and stuff.However im getting confused as i work shifts 2 days (7 -5) 2 nights (9-7).i dont know the best way to implement my diet.at the moment im ok for days but when i come home from a night shift i have my breaky then constantly get up and eat.my question is on my night shift do i just sleep through the day and eat and take supps like i would during the day on my night shift.also how would my last meal of the day work.plz help as im totally confused as you can probably tell by the way i wrote this thread cheer
