doing a simple search of the word "subway" will give you more information on the subject of subway. this topic has been discussed and re-discussed over and over.

If you haven't been there, then it's like trying to describe color to a person who's been blind since birth. Within this haze of pleasure and pain, there's knowledge and power, self-discipline and self-reliance."

considering millions of americans eat fast food, drink sodas, eat icecreams, pizzas, and sit on their fat asses all day, and still are alive and going about..

Hey, u could do a lot worse . . .
SUBWAY is pretty good as fast food goes, IF u make all the right menu choices, stay away from the fatty meats & sauces, etc. A lot better than a BK Triple Whopper or Wendy's Baconator
But IMO their bread is crap & their fillings r not the best either, 2 me their tuna tastes like **** 4 instance.
Key SUBWAY fact: U never see a pic of their poster boy, Jared Fogle, w/ his shirt off.Best Regards,
Ed

i don't know about anyone else, but i can't stand Jared. he's one of the worst actor's ive ever seen, and each one of his commercials makes me hate him more. props to him for dropping so many pounds, but the way he did it was far from ideal. Not to mention expensive.
