    Lateral rows (hammer strength) x2 (I bet people tell me to get rid of this exercise)

    Shoulders + forearms + abs

    Wrist curls x 3
    Rev. preacher curls x2
    Incline crunches (weighted) x3

    Seems that you are going over the 6-9 sets per muscle group that max OT advises.

    only on back i could take out the lateral rows and be under 9

    You are over on chest too. I count 11 sets for it. Even by taking out lateral rows for back, you would still have 10 sets.

    I do the dips parallel it doesnt seem to hit my chest very much but thanks i will def. have to change that
