Isn't that an incomplete protein though? I don't think combining oats and bran makes a complete protein, throw some eggwhites, milk or whey in there

i think you are right on that. it just like eating a lot of oats, its all the same amino acids so they dont make a complete protein.

Great tasting, cost effective and easy to prepare. This 16 oz. pouch requires only the addition of water although additional fruit pieces may be added. Also available in cases of 12 pouches.
Ingredients: Rolled oats, whey protein concentrate, sugar, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, salt, artificial flavors.

    **** that!
list your affiliation in your sig, and if you aren't sold on bb.com you can't pimp!
Realize that anyone with an affiliation to a supplement company in their signature has ulterior motives when making recommendations. They're primarily concerned with pushing their products. Not your safety or what's best for you.

x2. i'd rather just drink a shake with my oats.

i like to add stuff to my oats (bananas, raisins)...but not powders.
**disclaimer** the above is only opinion. it contains no capitalization, too much punctuation and (most likely) includes spelling errors.

    today i tried something new,
i mixed one of those protein puddings in my oatmeal (banana flav)
with raisins and almonds and it was pretty good.

but usually i mix any flavor of muscle milk in it, like PB or heck if if in the mood for cookies and cream oatmeal lol.
or if i really want some thick oatmeal, ill mix ON casien in it. i swear i cant sling it off the spoon its so thick
