    What are things to eat to make you poop?

    lately ive been having trouble pooping. is there any kind of food that will help? (other than laxatives)

    3/4 a gallon to a gallon everyday. im 5'7 165. and i guess i havent been eating enough fiber..... what are some good sources? are green beans a source of fiber?

    increase your water intake, increase your fiber intake by means of vegies and fruits, i'm not a fan of the fiber supplements, although they do work, but IMO fiber through food sources are better. Try prunes or dried apricots, those work well for some people. you know, I just read your last post, your water intake is decent, not great, but decent, more than most people get. If you eat a lot, as in you're bulking, that's not enough water for the calories you're taking in.
