Just curious: I hope you're not doing delts AFTER tris on chest/tri/delts day. Do tris last, since they come into play on delt work. If you do them first, you won't do full justice to delts.

Is that Eastern, Central, Mountain or Pacific time? And does it take Daylight Savings into account?

There is a move known as a "reverse shrug", which is basically a scapular retraction performed while holding onto a lat pulldown bar. Just keep your arms straight and keep them straight as your slowly retract and release the scapulae.
It's a great intensity technique to end a set of lat pulldowns on when you can't get any more reps.

Dude, are you talking about working out your lats, or you traps? You have me hella confused.

Lats. Remember, you're holding the lat pulldown bar above you and shrugging downwards (i.e., retracting and releasing the scapulae), not as in a traditional shrug.
Google it. I'm sure you could find photos or a video.

LOL, no I know what you're talking about. I was talking to the OP. His post was very unclear if he meant traps or lats. Why would he ask when to work out lats as the title says? That's obvious, back! But then he says lat shrugs, so that just confused me more.
