I'm at the point where I'm trying to special order a Dip belt for dips, as trying to hold onto a DB with my feet sucks moneky nuts, and seems to mess up my form... I can do 13-14 body weight dips at the moment... Which I don't think is too bad, considering I weigh 220...?
I hadn't thought about the Back Pack thing... Do you think it would mess up form?6'4"

I dont train for endurance but i have done 25 ( which i think is descent ) dips w/o weight and 5 dips with 135 lbs attached to my body .
5'11 @ 220lbs.

my 1 rep max is BW+105 lbs. i didn't test for unweighted, guess would be like 25 or 30.
still sucks compared to A-Rod or JotunS T R A I G H T W A Y
