Odorous Flatulence
This past week I have had the worst gas in the world, even the people are the grocercy store felt my warpath.. Why why is my farts smelling like broccoli when I havent even had broccoli in like a week or that day!!

You know? Just roll with it. Use your gas for evil and not good...that always leaves me feeling fulfilled.
For me my breakfast fuels my gas for the rest of the day. Eggs with protein powder, then beans for lunch.
It's the fibrous content of the foods. If you're eating clean I'm sure you're experiencing this as well.

I used to get that kind of terrible gas as well, then I started taking some digestive enzymes. They helped a great deal and my gas has gone down substantially.

That said, since you've previously noted being constipated, your backup probably has some influence on this.

Yes! I'm glad I'm not the only one! My farts smell exactly like broccoli...i haven't even been near that vegetable so i can't really work it out!
It could be the bulk diet or the supplements...depends on what tablets/shakes your on.
I've noticed this guy posted a comment about odour- free pants, they are called Shreddies?- for my last resort i might have to check them out lol!

Fart reducing pants
Yeh mate they do work, I gooled them after reading this thread about a week ago. I've tried everything poss to try to get rid of my bad wind. My diet is pretty restricted to any foods which would make this worse.
Don't wanna give up my bulking.
Try the pants out- they are working for me at work! My colleagues are starting to like me again!
