Tire flipping is a great full body exercise...
Just tried flipping a 250kg tire today...the damm thing couldnt bulge the first 3 times I tried it.It managed to go up only on my fourth attempt and boy was it hard.Nevertheless,I managed to complete 6 reps.I found myself panting like a locomotive after that.
Not too bad for a rank novice to tire flipping.
Just wondering, how do I incorporate tire flipping to my program? I wouldnt want to do that after my weights session(which was what I did today)

I knew a guy who could pick up a car wheel, grab the tire, and yank it off. His nickname was "Bear", and it suited him!

This guy is not me,but he used to work in the gym I train in...And he was the winner of my country's strongman competition in 2006.
Next time when I am better at it,I will post a vid of myself doing tire flips.

Tire flipping is bad ass. Luckily for me I live in a rural area, many old tractor tires around. You might be able to go to a tire place and talk to them where you could find them.

Joe DeFranco: "It's easier to obtain a tire than most people think, and you can't beat the price: they're free! Check your local phone book for the nearest tire company in your area. (Tire companies are pretty common; they're just usually not located in recognizable parts of your town). Call the company and tell them you're willing to take some tires off of their hands. They love for people to come and take used tires away from them. This is because they usually have to pay to get rid of their old tires. In essence, you're doing these people a favor!"

well you see, I agree that finding a huge tire is not really that difficult. Down the street from me we got "Artie's giant tires" And they tell no lies. I've seen them. The real problem enlies in where I'm going to store such a huge ****ing tire when I'm done flipping it?
