Is there any reason to alter you weight lifting workout while on a keto cutting cycle? I'm currently doing a 4 day split, low volume HIT type lifting, would a high volume routine be better when on keto trying to cut?
Should you begin the carb up phase immediately after you last weightlifting session for the week?
