    Yep lol. I try to do my glute routine during non-rush hours at the gym. And always remind myself that deadlifts once got funny looks too!!

    While that maybe one of Eric Prydz worst songs, the video is his best work, but I digress.

    I'm slowly getting to that point where I can check my ego at the door, and focus on what I need to do. "Ego lifting" or worrying about what others think will only stunt your progress in the gym, in my opinion.

    I started lifting consistently 6 months ago (have lifted before but always on and off and not for ages). I think getting getting lots of protein and going straight into doing a 4 day split has help maximise my noob gains.

    Where do I even begin to start on my booty, it's decent but it's kinda hard for me to gain weight which makes it kinda hard to gain muscle. I just don't know how to start with squats, any tips/recommendations??? Welp

    if you can drink milk and stomach it a gallon a day will add 2200 calories to your diet not as hard as it sounds , you must have a really high metabolism
    or overestimating your calories or most likely a combination of the 2..
